The Purpose Behind Baton
The Driving Force
Baton is intended to be a system to collect data from resigning employees to pass over valuable information to replacing employees as a means of preserving customer relations.
System Design
The core of the system is the Forms, where resigning employees will fill in the form.
There are 3 main users of the website, Admin, Manager, and Resignee. Additional users are Developer and Tenants. We designed the dashboards for each of the users.
Project Requirements
The Driving Force
The client explained the gist of the system flow, and we created a system to support the handover flow.
We started by designing a wirefame, components, and low-fidelity prototype to make sure the system requirements are fulfilled. Evaluation and adjustments were made iteratively.
Website Design
Forms will be generated into a PDF Report once approved by all involved users.
Once the website design is final, we design the mobile and tablet version to ensure responsivity
Pass the Baton
Finally, we created a landing page for Baton Handover Systems, welcoming potential customers by showcasing features and capabilities of the systems.
